Gogopasar is looking for a Sales and Marketing Senior Manager to build, lead and drive core sales and marketing priorities against the wider revenue generation objectives.

Job Description:

· Prepare marketing audit on the overall successful of the marketing launch programs and also prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
· Responsible for the development and implementation of annual operating plan and budget of the company.
· Efficient and result-oriented leadership, guidance and development of the entire organization, employees and process cycles.
· Responsible for the planning, budgeting and performance.
· Proactive demonstration of ability to work, manage and supervise a staff team.
· To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:

· More than 10 years of sales and marketing experience having senior management capacity, ideally within e-commerce or groceries
· Ownership of profit and loss factors, managing all revenue, overheads and indirect cost of sales.
· A strategic vision, drive to innovate with a passion in online businesses
· Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Strong management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Positive work attitude, independent, adept interpersonally and in communications.
· Has a degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
