Self-motivated graduate with 7 months experience in Sales Coordinator cum Admin position in Hospitality Industry.

Seeking for a position as Administrator or Coordinator in the industry relevant with my education and also which can help me to grow in my career and learn new things.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia. CGPA 3.49
  • Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering from Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan (Johor). CGPA 3.47

Working experience at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur

Sales Coordinator

  • Responsible to prepare proposal, invoices, and event orders for the events taking place in the hotel.
  • Conduct house tour for walk in guests.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding event details.
  • Chair the weekly event meeting.
  • Prepare work schedule and assist on leave application and mileage claim for sales department staff.
  • Prepare weekly sales report, monthly production report and month end report for sales department.
  • Train & brief interns for sales & marketing tasks.
  • Handle other assignments by Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers.


Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Premiere Pro, Touch Typing
