Why every 3 days

Motivation decays between milestones. A weekly async check-in does not create the energy bump that hearing another human voice does. Every 3 days is the cadence that keeps you moving without burning you out.

The one rule: no wrong topic

5 minutes each. If 4 people show up, the session is about 20 minutes. If 1 person shows up, they get a 5-minute "say it out loud" slot.

No wrong topic. A tip, a debrief, a win, a blocker, a question, a rant, a "look at this CV I rewrote." All welcome.

Drop in. No RSVP required. If you cannot make it, no problem. Join the next one.

Camera off is fine. Your name and avatar are shown. The point is the voice, not the video.

Starts on time. The session starts at the scheduled minute. Late joiners slot in at the next 5-minute boundary.

FAQ

Do I need a camera?
No. Camera off is fine. Your name and avatar are shown so people know who is speaking, but the point is the voice, not the video.
What if I miss a session?
No problem. The club runs every 3 days. Join the next one. There is no "I am sorry I could not make it" energy.
Is it really only 5 minutes each?
Yes. The 5-minute timer is the discipline that makes the ritual work. A 20-person call is a webinar, not a club. We cap sessions at 8 attendees.
What does it cost?
The club is included with the cvlinkd membership (€20/month). No per-session credits. Once you are a member, the ritual is unmetered.
Can I just listen?
Yes. You can pass your 5 minutes and just listen. The queue is peer-run; a volunteer moderator advances it.
